Well friends , after a long long winter , and a he’ll of a lot more cold and icy weather than we are used to here in Ireland – Biking weather is here at last !

I’ve managed a few spins already this year , not very many mores the pity With all the ice an snow we had the roads were covered with grit and crud for weeks afterwards ! So every time I went out on the bike both it, and myself were filthy after the spin. So I spent a few hours yesterday washing , polishing, and oiling the essentials making sure the bike looks and rides well or the season ahead Need to clean the lids as well , the Scorpion EXO1000 Air helmet I bought last year is gleaming and my Arai Chaser Danny Pedrosa replica helmet I’d also gleaming on the shelf !
